La historia de la raicilla se remonta a la e\u0301poca colonial en Me\u0301xico, cuando se produci\u0301a y consumi\u0301a principalmente en las zonas mineras de Nueva Galicia<\/strong>, ahora conocida como la Sierra Madre Occidental de Jalisco. Durante esa e\u0301poca, la corona espan\u0303ola prohibio\u0301 el consumo de cualquier destilado hecho en tierras mexicanas, permitiendo solo el vino espan\u0303ol. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Los nativos, insatisfechos con esta restriccio\u0301n, decidieron continuar destilando, pero le dieron un nombre diferente: Raicilla, que significa “Pequen\u0303a Rai\u0301z”<\/strong>. Este nombre evitaba cualquier asociacio\u0301n con las bebidas espirituosas prohibidas, marcando asi\u0301 el ingenio y la resistencia de una tradicio\u0301n que ha perdurado a lo largo del tiempo. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

              En un mezclador (shaker) agregar la Raicilla, la pulpa de maracuy\u00e1, el jugo de lim\u00f3n, la sal del himalaya, la sal de gusano y las hojas de hierbabuena, y llevar a un mezclado y enfriado intenso con un cubo de hielo. Verter la mezcla en un vaso tipo “old-fashioned” de 10-11 onzas previamente encrustado con lim\u00f3n y sal de gusano y lleno de hielo, agregar 4-5 oz de refresco de toronja.<\/p>\n

                                  En una mezcladora (shaker), coloca las hojas de albahaca fresca y el romero. Agrega el jugo de lim\u00f3n para cubrir las hojas de albahaca.<\/p>\n

                                  Con un muddler, machaca vigorosamente las hojas de albahaca y el romero con el jugo de lim\u00f3n. Aseg\u00farate de deshacer completamente las hojas y que el l\u00edquido adquiera un color verde.<\/p>\n

                                  Luego, a\u00f1ade hielo al shaker. Agrega los dem\u00e1s ingredientes y mezcla todo vigorosamente<\/p>\n

                                            En un shaker, agregar todos los ingredientes.<\/p>\n

                                            Agita vigorosamente y enfr\u00eda, durante unos segundos para mezclar todos los ingredientes de manera uniforme. Coloca un colador sobre el vaso o copa para filtrar los posibles trozos de hielo o pulpa mientras viertes la mezcla en el vaso.<\/p>\n
